Writers in Northern California have access to many writers conferences throughout the year to assist writers, both old and new, hone their craft. Periodically I will announce them when I am aware of them.

Northern California Romance Writers offer educational presentations each month at their monthly meetings. This group also has an organized sprinting group that meets three times a week for writing and socializing with other writers. February’s meeting presents Jennifer Graybeal-“Planning and Goal Setting for Writers.” Economical and fun.

Gold Rush Writers Gold Rush Writers are having their spring conference on April 29th, 30th, and May 1, at the historic Leger Hotel. This is an annual event. For the list of offerings, go to their website.

The Mendocino Coast Writers’ conference will be held on August 4-6 in Mendocino and Fort Bragg, California. Check out their website at https://mcwc.org

The California Writers Club has so many presentations and events. I suggest you check their website at https://calwriters.org for their offerings.

The San Francisco Writers have their annual convergent at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco on July 21-24, 2022. They will have over 100+ presenters, including 20 literary agents with 80+ sessions, lectures, and classes over the four-day weekend. 2022 San Francisco Writers Conference- — San Francisco Writers Conference (sfwriters.org)

Napa Valley Writers Conference will be on July 24-29, 2022. They advertise the conference as “an Intimate Writing Workshops with a Focus on Craft.” About the Conference | Napa Valley Writer’s Conference (napawritersconference.org) Napa Valley Writers also offer other workshops throughout the year.
